English & Writing
I work with students of all ages (elementary school through college) to strengthen their writing, grammar, and overall English skills. Strong written communication is a lifelong asset—whether a student is crafting essays, preparing college applications, or writing professionally. Each session is fully customized to meet the student where they are, whether that means revisiting foundational skills or stretching advanced writers with new challenges.
Elementary School
Many schools don’t emphasize writing enough at this stage, so I help build a strong foundation using curated workbooks and guided exercises. For advanced young writers, I love introducing creative prompts and intellectual challenges to help them grow.
Middle School
As assignments grow, I support students with both skill development and school projects, ensuring they can tackle increasingly complex writing. I am happy to return to the basics when gaps appear, while also challenging students who are ready to go further.
High School
I focus on refining essays, editing drafts, and modeling strategies that students can continue to use independently. I also reinforce essential skills, from grammar to structure, so students can confidently handle advanced assignments.
College & Beyond
College writing demands clarity, critical thinking, and advanced structure. I work closely with students to develop essays, research papers, and other projects, providing detailed feedback, guidance on argumentation, and expert editing. Even at this level, I’m happy to revisit foundational skills to ensure their writing is both polished and precise.
While writing and grammar are often the core of English sessions, I also support students in reading comprehension, literary analysis, vocabulary development, and other aspects of language to ensure a well-rounded skill set.
